RONDA, W.Va. — A section of a coal train derailed Thursday evening in eastern Kanawha County.

Nine cars jumped the tracks in the Ronda area near Cabin Creek Road. Four of the cars overturned, authorities said.

The derailment damaged two sets of tracks. There were no injuries.
