CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Charleston police say a 52 year old man was found frozen to death on a front porch Sunday.

Police identified the victim Monday as Clyde Chester Parsons. Neighbors say he was homeless.
Parsons’ body was found just before 12 p.m. Sunday on the porch of a home in the 1800 block of 7th Avenue.
Police said frigid temperatures were to blame for his death. No foul play is suspected.
Temperatures were in the single digits overnight.
