Justice to cheer for both Mountaineers, Herd Sunday night in San Diego

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Jim Justice plans to be in attendance at Sunday night’s second round NCAA Tournament game between WVU and Marshall.

A release from the governor’s office Saturday night said Justice would be traveling to San Diego for the contest.

According to the release, Justice will do a coin flip with Marshall AD Mike Hamrick and WVU AD Shane Lyons to determine where he sits first. Justice plans to switch to the other cheering section at halftime.

“Congratulations again to both Marshall and WVU on your fantastic wins Friday in the NCAA tournament,” Justice said. “We are all very, very proud of you and how you represent our great state. I look forward to being in San Diego tomorrow to cheer you both on.”
