Charleston collision claims life

CHARLESTON,W.Va. — One person was killed and two people injured in a t-bone collision in North Charleston Thursday afternoon, authorities said.

The wreck occurred at just before 2:30 in the 3600 block of 7th Avenue.

The name of the victim hasn’t been released. According to police, two teenagers were injured in the wreck and taken to the hospital.

The road was expected to be closed for a few hours.
