Three Guys Before The Game – Taylor Lile WVU Football Nutritionist

The Mountaineer football program has made a massive new commitment to nutrition. In addition to a new multimillion-dollar training table, the university has hired a new sports nutritionist to oversee all aspects of the team’s diet.

Taylor Lile comes to Morgantown with a background that includes stops with the Dallas Cowboys, University of Oregon, Clemson, University of Oklahoma, and the Gatorade Sport Science Institute.

On this edition of the show, Tony Caridi and Brad Howe learn how WVU’s nutrition program deals with picky eaters, bad eaters, and overeaters.

The also learn about the worst word in nutrition.

Join the guys for an interesting conversation with the person who fuels WVU football.
