Man arrested in connection with Clarksburg robbery

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Clarksburg man accused of robbing a business earlier this month has been taken into custody.

William Keith Harrouff, 27, was arrested Tuesday by the U.S. Marshals Service with assistance from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, Clarksburg Police Department and the West Virginia State Police.

Harrouff allegedly ented Christine’s Hot Spot on Dec. 4, displaying a firearm and demanding cash. He also allegedly pepper-sprayed an employee before leaving.

Harrouff surrendered to law enforcement without incident.
