High school boys basketball Power Index: Feb. 13

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The undefeated Martinsburg Bulldogs have extended their margin atop this week’s MetroNews high school boys basketball power index presented by Dominion Post Live. MHS (19-0) remains the only Class AAA team owning a perfect record. Defending state champion George Washington (16-2) remains second while University (16-3) has climbed to third.

Fairmont Senior (18-1) is the top-ranked Class AA team in fourth. Hurricane (15-4) completes the top five.

Hedgesville, Cabell Midland, Chapmanville, Woodrow Wilson and Bluefield round out the top ten.

Greater Beckley Christian (15-5) is the top-ranked Class A team in 29th. Webster County (19-0) is 33rd.
