High school boys basketball Power Index: Feb. 20

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Martinsburg continues to lead the way in this week’s edition of the MetroNews boys basketball power index sponsored by Dominion Post Live.

The Bulldogs (21-0) are one win away from a perfect regular season. University (17-3) has climbed to No. 2 after claiming the OVAC championship.

Fairmont Senior (20-1) is third and the Polar Bears are the top-ranked Class AA team. George Washington (17-4) and Hedgesville (15-5) complete the top five.

Webster County (22-0) has completed a perfect regular season and the Highlanders are now the top Class A team in 28th.
