UPDATE.. The body of Nathan Lee Skyles, 16, of Barboursville, was recovered Thursday afternoon.
CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. — Authorities in Cabell County spent Wednesday evening searching for someone in the Guyandotte River.
The search began following an incident involving an adult and three minors. The four people were on a sandbar when one of them disappeared.
Authorities were around Colonial Court near the Esquire Golf Court.
Crews stopped searching around 10 p.m. because of darkness. The search will resume on Thursday at 8 a.m.
