MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Authorities have identified Richard Saltsman, 35, of Core, as the victim of a fatal accident in Monongalia County earlier this week.
The crash, which involved a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle, occurred at around 11:30 a.m. Monday on Blue Horizon Drive near The Shack Neighborhood House.
One person was in the other vehicle and did not sustain any injuries.
The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate.
