Justice orders flags at half-staff for victims of Va. Beach shooting

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — In honor of the victims of the mass shooting on Friday in Virginia Beach, Va., Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation in accordance with the Presidential proclamation.

Justice has ordered all United States and West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities throughout the state be displayed at half-staff immediately until sunset on June 4.

Twelve people were killed and several others were injured when a gunman opened fired inside a municipal building.
