Marshals arrest man in connection with motorcycle club stabbing

WHITEHALL, W.Va. — A Fairmont man was arrested Friday night in connection with an August 4 stabbing at a Marion County motorcycle club.

According to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service, Jason “Jay Bird” Harris, 49, was arrested in Fairmont at around 10:45 p.m.

It’s alleged Harris stabbed a man during a fight between the Pagan Motorcycle Club and the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club the occurred in Whitehall.

The U.S. Marshals Service has been working with Whitehall police in an effort to find Harris. He was taken into custody without incident at a residence on Oregon Avenue in Fairmont.

Harris is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
