Nearly all public gatherings of any size have come to a halt amid fears and worry about the potential spread of Covid19 Corona Virus. The NCAA, Big XII, Conference USA, and the girls and boys state basketball tournaments are cancelled. No positive cases of the virus in West Virginia are reported.
