Three Guys Before The Game – Bo Orlando (Episode 203)

Someone forgot to tell Joseph “Bo” Orlando that “little” guys aren’t supposed to play football.

At 5-feet-10 inches and 173 pounds, Orlando led his Berwick, PA high school to the national championship at quarterback before becoming an All-American safety that played for the national championship at West Virginia.

As a sixth round draft pick, still weighing less than 180 pounds, Orlando again defied the odds with a nine-year career in the National Football League.

On this episode, the “Guys” dig into Bo’s early days growing up in eastern Pennsylvania, his recruitment to WVU, and memories from his Mountaineer and NFL career.

Brad, Hoppy and Tony return Thursday with another episode. Text or leave a voicemail for the show anytime at 304-404-4083.
