Reopening is deliberately slow in W.Va. according to State Corona virus Czar Dr. Clay Marsh to watch out for any spread resulting from restarts. Governor Justice is holding out hope for summer youth sports and other activities, but no dates are set for a restart. The Catholic Church in West Virginia is working on a restart of gatherings for Mass. DMAPS Secretary Jeff Sandy addresses claims of “counterfeit” N95 masks purchased by the state for first responders. Some frost in the forecast and in the West Virginia mountains a May snowfall is expected with accumulation tonight.
