Fire claims life in Greenbrier County

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — A Friday morning fire claimed a man’s life in Greenbrier County.

According to authorities, the victim died in a blaze at a residence along state Route 92 near White Sulphur Springs.

The fire was reported at shortly after 6:30 a.m.

The state Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
