West Virginia takes its biggest step yet toward reopening today. A number of businesses including malls, specialty and large retailers along with restaurants at half their indoor dining capacity area set to restart operations. Also a number of recreational businesses are opening back up ahead of the Memorial Day weekend. There’s no Run for the Wall rolling through West Virginia this year–but a much smaller scale ride called Flags of Honor is passing through the state today. Mingo County has a third murder in a week and healthcare plans for Fairmont are moving forward.
