CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. – Chapmanville guard Andrew Shull has officially signed with the Rio Grande RedStorm. Shull signed his letter of intent Saturday evening at the local Giovanni’s in Chapmanville.

Shull’s excitement lit up the room. The relief of having the wait to sign was finally over for Shull.

“I’ve finally accomplished one step of my dream of playing ball at the next level. I’ve had a great high school career, but now I’ll hopefully have a better college career. Change some things up, and make some history with Coach [Ryan] Arrowood,” says Shull.

Shull decommitted from Wingate University back in March, and announced via Twitter that he was opening his recruitment back up. A few weeks later, he announced again on Twitter that he was committing to the University of Rio Grande.

Shull will join former Teays Valley Prep and newly named RedStorm head coach Ryan Arrowood in Ohio.
