Charges filed in Keyser fire that injured firefighter

KEYSER, W.Va. — The state Fire Marshal’s Office says a Keyser man has been charged in connection with a March 5 fire that injured a firefighter.

Investigators have charged Neil David Lambka with two counts of first degree arson and one count of causing injuries during an arson-related crime.

A Keyser volunteer firefighter was injured while fighting the house fire. He was treated by paramedics at the scene.

Lambka is already in the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail on unrelated charges.
