CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Pennsylvania man has been indicted for a September 2018 robbery of a Wheeling bank.
Frank Morrison, of Braddock Hills, Pennsylvania, faces a bank robbery charge for an alleged act at the United Bank in the Elm Grove community of Wheeling. Morrison allegedly took $4,221 from the bank.
Morrison, 54, faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. The FBI is continuing its investigation.
