MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — West Virginia’s wide receiver depth chart has added another option with the season set to begin in less than a month. Middle Tennessee State transfer Zach Dobson has arrived on the WVU campus and is going through preseason drills.

Dobson is a 5-foot-8, 165-pound wideout who also saw significant time rushing the ball for the Blue Raiders. In two seasons at MTSU, Dobson caught 31 passes for 413 yards and 7 touchdowns. He also toted the ball on the ground 33 times for 327 yards and another score. Dobson redshirted during the 2017 season.
Dobson is a native of Knoxville, Tenn. and he will have two seasons of eligibility remaining at WVU.
