DHHR: Only 2 counties now in red, orange categories for COVID-19 cases

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — An updated map from the state Department of Health and Human Resources Monday morning places only two counties, Logan and Monroe, in the red and orange categories when it comes to COVID-19 cases.
