Marshall’s game at East Carolina postponed indefinitely

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Marshall’s game at East Carolina has been postponed for a second time. The Herd was originally scheduled to open the season at ECU on August 29. The game was postponed two weeks to September 12 and is now postponed indefinitely for a second time.

East Carolina paused all football activities last week, following a spike in COVID-19 cases. Marshall and ECU do not share a common bye week until December.

The Herd remains scheduled to open their season at home against Eastern Kentucky on September 5. That game will kickoff at 1 p.m. and will be broadcast by ESPN.
