There is flooding from overnight in West Virginia and more likely today with tropical humidity continuing. Senator Capito says her talks with the President on an infrastructure package were derailed when an alternative plan from another group of Senators emerged. The legislature has put together the group to redraw Congressional boundaries in the state. Governor Jim Justice wants to keep his Joint Interagency Task Force in place even after the pandemic is done to address other health issues in the state. In Sports, the state high school track meet continues today in Charleston.
