Barker said investigators believe the suspect drove a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze and it will have the passenger side mirror missing.

“Anybody with any information we’re asking to calf into our 9-1-1 center and again, we’re not sure if the person was hit intentionally. It’s important we identify the driver and figure out the circumstances,” he said.

Anybody with information on the matter can report it at 304-369-9913.
