Two people killed in Interstate 70 crash

OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — Two people died Tuesday in a wreck on Interstate 70.

According to WTRF-TV, the incident happened in the westbound lanes near the West Virginia-Pennsylvania border.

Authorities told reporters a truck pulling a trailer collided with a stopped vehicle and drove over the car.

Interstate 70 was closed for several hours as first responders were on the scene.

The names of the victims have not been released. Authorities told WTRF-TV the people were a male and a female from Pennsylvania.
