Morgantown police look for armed robber

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Police released a photo Tuesday of the man they believe robbed the Jimmy John’s on High Street in Morgantown in the early morning hours of May 31.

This photo was released by police Tuesday.

Morgantown police detectives said the man had a gun when he demanded a worker to open the cash register and give him the money.

Security video shows the man running through a few downtown Morgantown streets eventually getting to the intersection of University Avenue and Beechurst Avenue.
