A semi accident in Charleston 24 hours ago continues to be a major problem for traffic in the Capitol City today. State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is fighting a preliminary injunction over the state’s abortion law. Morrisey is also fighting a ruling which declared the Hope Scholarship unconstitutional. There was a vigil last night in Summers County to remember a four year old murder victim. In Sports, the American League takes the All-Star game–and former WVU pitcher Alec Manoah steals the show in Los Angeles. Kyle Wiggs will have a recap or the game.
