A semi accident in Charleston 24 hours ago continues to be a major problem for traffic in the Capitol City today. State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is fighting a preliminary injunction over the state’s abortion law. Morrisey is also fighting a ruling which declared the Hope Scholarship unconstitutional. There was a vigil last night in Summers County to remember a four year old murder victim.
