Woman charged after O-D in front of a teen

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A Fairmont woman who overdosed this week is now charged with child neglect.
A 14 year old was at the home in Fairmont this week when the overdose occurred.  The teenager is the one who phoned 9-1-1 to get help for Angel Eagle, 40, of Fairmont.   First responders used Narcan to revive Eagle after she had ingested heroin.
She was arrested upon her release from the hospital and charged with child neglect.
