1 dead, 1 injured in Huntington house fire

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — An investigation into a fatal house fire in Huntington is underway.

Authorities said one person died and another was injured in the fire that broke out Saturday night at a home in the 4300 block of Siders Avenue.

The home was considered a total loss.

No word on what caused the blaze.

Multiple agencies responded to the scene including Huntington, Barboursville, Green Valley and Ohio River Road fire crews along with Cabell County EMS.
