Marshal Service offers reward for capture of wanted man

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The U.S. Marshal Service has offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a Rand, W.Va. man wanted for violent crimes.

“Quick” Bailey

Marshals are looking for Tiwan Robert Bailey, who goes by the nickname “Quick.” He’s known to frequent the Rand area and Marshals say it’s likely he has friends who are helping to conceal him from law enforcement in that area.   He also has family members and  other ties on the west side of Charleston.

He’s wanted for a federal indictment of interfering with commerce by use of violence or threats of violence.

They add he has a long history of violent criminal behavior and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone wanting to provide information about Bailey’s location is urged to call the USMS Tip Hotline at 1-877-926-8332 or the USMS Southern District of West Virginia at 304-347-5136. Tips can also be submitted online via the USMS Tips App. All tips are kept confidential.
