Man dies after falling from Montgomery bridge on-ramp

MONTGOMERY, W.Va. — A man fell to his death Monday evening in Fayette County after police say he lost control of his e-bicycle.

Montgomery police said Tony Brown, 55, of Smithers, lost control of his bike trying to avoid a barrier on the bridge that crosses the Kanawha River. Brown fell off the on-ramp into U.S. Route 60.

Brown died at the scene.
