Six arrested in Upshur County drug suspect round-up

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — Six people have been arrested following a probe into dangerous drugs by the Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

The arrests were made Thursday during a felony drug offender arrest operation.

–Kiley Ann Pason, of Buckhannon, has been charged with delivery of methamphetamine and delivery within 1000 feet of a school.
–Katelynn Marie Wine, of Buckhannon, has been charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine.
–Kelly Dawn Harvey, of Buckhannon, has been charged with delivery of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, conspiracy to deliver fentanyl and delivery within 1000 feet of a school.
–Joshua Dale Cutright, of Buckhannon, has been charged with conspiracy to deliver meth and delivery within 1000 feet of a school.
–John Gary Oldaker, of Buckhannon, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
–Robert James Arbogast, of Buckhannon, has been charged with delivery of methamphetamine and delivery within 1000 feet of a school.

Members of the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office, Buckhannon Police Department, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Elkins Police Department and West Virginia State Police supported the operation.
