Fox appointed new circuit judge in Fayette County

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — There’s a new circuit judge in Fayette County.

Gov. Patrick Morrisey announcing Thursday the appointment of Sam Fox II to the bench.

Fox replaces Thomas Ewing–who is now a justice on the state Supreme Court.

Fox earned his undergraduate degree at West Virginia Wesleyan and is a graduate of the WVU College of Law. He’s been a partner at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso since 1995.
