Radio News Anchor/Reporter
The MetroNews Radio Network is looking for the next addition to our award-winning news department. We are hiring an anchor-reporter for our Charleston, West Virginia office.
The individual will be responsible for statewide and local newscasts, coverage of scheduled and breaking news events, preparations for and the co-anchoring of a statewide morning news show along with website updates.
The candidate should be self-motivated, have the ability to work under deadline pressure and committed to producing high-quality radio journalism.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications, or other related fields and have at least two years of radio or TV experience.
