Linebacker Ben Cutter has more experience at West Virginia than any teammate. After the unit's struggles in 2025, the veteran looks to lead the way for what he hopes is a surplus of improvement.

Ross Hodge confirmed Thursday that Boise State transfer Javan Buchanan had his waiver for a fifth year of eligibility denied by the NCAA.
