CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Two Charleston men pleaded guilty Monday to second degree murder and armed robbery.

Jarod Washington, 30, and Daniel Little, 31, admitted to killing 40-year-old Roy Chambliss during a dispute on Piccadilly Street in September 2012. The three were in an argument over selling guns. Chambliss was shot in the chest.

The pair entered a binding plea agreement with prosecutors. Little was sentenced to 40 years in prison while Washington was ordered to serve 45 years behind bars.

Both should have gotten life without parole. This is the second murder for Washington & he only gets 45 years ! WV needs the death penalty back and it might stop some of these scumb bags. What a waste of tax dollars. Two bullets would a lot cheaper.
