Man wanted by FBI in custody

WHEELING, W.Va. —A man wanted on charges in Virginia was arrested in Wheeling Thursday afternoon and turned over to the FBI. 

Charles Severance was arrested without incident Thursday in Wheeling.

The FBI in Pittsburgh said Friday it wouldn’t be releasing additional information on the case involving Charles Severance, 53. He was turned over to the FBI after being taken into custody by State Police, Wheeling police and federal agents. The arrest took place without incident at the Ohio County Library.

Severance is being held in the Northern Regional Jail on $100,000 bail.
