WHEELING, W.Va. — President Donald Trump is returning to West Virginia Saturday for a campaign rally in Wheeling.

Trump will appear at the Wesbanco Arena for a rally set for 7 p.m. It will mark his fourth rally in West Virginia since becoming president and his first in Wheeling.

Trump promised he would return to West Virginia before the Nov. 6 General Election when he appeared at rally in the Capital City on Aug. 22.

“We are pleased to announce our next scheduled Make America Great Again rally on Saturday, September 29 in Wheeling, West Virginia featuring President Donald Trump,” Michael Glassner, Chief Operating Officer for Donald J, Trump for President, Inc. said in a news release. “The President looks forward to celebrating the growing success of the Trump economy, and encouraging West Virginians to get out and vote for Patrick Morrisey for the U.S. Senate,” he concluded.

A rally in Wheeling would also likely draw supporters from Ohio and Pennsylvania and draw coverage from the Pittsburgh media.
