HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — There appears to be an affiliation agreement in the works between Cabell-Huntington Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington.

Cabell-Huntington released a statement Monday describing the talks as “continuing discussions” with more information coming “in the near future.”

Each hospital has more than 300-beds and approximately 2,500 employees.
