Warner announces run for House of Delegate District 82

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The filing period for the May Primary Election begins Monday and the wife of Secretary of State Mac Warner has announced her plans to run for a seat in the House of Delegates.

Debbie Warner, a Republican from Morgantown, has filed pre-candidacy papers. She plans to run in the new 82nd Delegate District. This will be the first election with 100 single-member delegate districts in the House.

Warner is a longtime realtor in the Morgantown area.

She ran for the House in 2018 and lost in the general election.
