VIENNA, W.Va. — With the conclusion of regional play Thursday evening, state tournament pairings are set. The WVSSAC Boys State Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Chick-Fil-A, opens Tuesday, March 15 and concludes Saturday, March 19.
