WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — A Mingo County man is in custody charged with killing his aunt.
According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department, Chase Prater, 27, of Williamson, was arrested Friday and charged in the shooting death of Teresa Harmon. Her body was found March 31 in her residence near Delbarton.
Prater is charged with first degree murder. He’s being held without bail in the Southwestern Regional Jail without bail.
