BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — A New York City man has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse in a business at the Huntington Mall.
Ziping Ling, 33, of Queens, N.Y. was arrested Friday on a charge of first degree sexual abuse.
A customer of Relax Place inside the mall reported the incident which she claimed happened when she was in the establishment at the mall for a massage Friday. Graphic details of the claimed encounter are included in the criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court against Ling.
He’s in the Western Regional Jail and the matter remains under investigation by the Barboursville Police Department.
