Point Pleasant man accused of stabbing father

POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. — A Mason County man is behind bars after allegedly stabbing his father.

Brendan Legg, 33, of Point Pleasant, was arrested Wednesday and charged with malicious wounding.

Legg’s father Logan Legg sustained multiple stab wounds during the incident at a home on Maple Street. He is in stable condition at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington.

Brendan Legg is being held at the West Regional Jail awaiting arraignment.
