CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Cleveland, North Carolina-based fire department said Sunday two of its firefighters died in an ATV wreck in West Virginia.
“Rowan-Iredell Fire Department lost two firefighters in an ATV accident in WV,” the Facebook post said. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends! We pray that all find peace and comfort during this difficult time.”
The firefighters were on vacation.
No other details of the wreck were immediate available.
