Life with no mercy ordered in Marion County Pagan Club murder

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A suspected member of the Pagan Motorcycle Club found guilty in a Marion County murder has been sentenced to life with no mercy.

John Wolfe was convicted in April of this year in the Sept. 2022 killing of Henry Silver at an apartment complex in Carolina.

The investigation showed Wolfe ordered other members of the Pagan Motorcycle to kill Silver when he learned his girlfriend was in a relationship with him.

Five other people have also been charged in connection with the shooting: Derek Clem, Jonathan Biller, Austin Mullins, and Dane Hull, who were arrested and charged with murder following the initial investigation. Ryan Lane, 36, was arrested and charged last week with murder and conspiracy based on testimony from the Wolfe trial.

Wolfe was also sentenced to 1 to 5 years for conspiracy and 10 years for use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
