Martinsburg man faces hundreds of years in prison after being convicted on 53 sex-related counts

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Martinsburg man faces up to 778 years in prison after being convicted on 53 criminal counts of incest, sexual assault and child pornography.

Brandon Warren (WVRJA)

A Berkeley County jury convicted Brandon Warren, 33, of Martinsburg, Wednesday.

Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Kinser said the abuse dated as far back as 2009 and involved victims as young as four.

Kinser said there were even more victims than the four named in the charging documents. He said the bravery of the victims who told their stories in court were key to convicting Warren.

Warren now faces a maximum sentence of 243.5–778 years in prison and 50 years of supervised release thereafter. Warren will also be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.

Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2026.
