Fire investigated at University High School Monday morning

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Firefighters in Morgantown investigated a small fire at University High School Monday morning.

Firefighters were called to th scene at 6:40 a.m. and observed a large amount of smoke coming from a classroom

By using thermal cameras firefighters found the source of the fire within minutes and extinguished it.

By 7:15 a.m., the alarms were being reset and students were coming back into the building.

The cause remains under investigation.

No injuries were reported.
