WESTON, W.Va. – Ten people face charges after being arrested in connection with what Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies call a narcotics operation.
The Lewis County Sheriff’s Department says its officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of Rada Avenue in Weston around 1:30 pm on May 27 and made contact with multiple people. Deputies said they observed a man “unconscious in the driver’s seat of an SUV parked on the property,” later identified as 36-year-old Andrew Queen, with “burnt foil and a lighter in his lap.”
A search of the vehicle yielded more foil containing a substance consistent with fentanyl. According to the criminal complant, 38-year-old Tyrone Sias, Jr. exited the residence shortly after and wqaas taken into custody on an active warrant. Deputies also took Felicity Perrine, 25, into custody on a warrant out of Upshur County.
Inside the home, officers reported observing several other people and uncovered what they described as various drug paraphenalia. The complaint also stated that another man, Seth Ruble, was viewed attempting to conceal a bag containing a substance resembling methamphetamine.
Queen and Ruble were both arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy while Sias and Perrine were also charged with conspiracy. An additional six people were charged with conspiracy as well:

Deputies asserted that the home was “being utilized as a site for ongoing illegal drug activities” and an investigation is still ongoing.
